 North-East Coast - Liguria and Genoa

Focaccia Genovese (Original Genoa style focaccia bread)
Torta Pasqualina (Spinach and ricotta cheese pie)
Trofie di Recco al Pesto (Fresh hand made pasta with      basil pesto sauce)
Pesche ripiene (Baked peach with Amaretti cookies filling)

This is a practical course for a group, followed by a tasting dinner with the Chef.

Individual Fee: $25 (non-refundable) + materials and ingredients (max $22)

Bring your own apron and knives
Duration: approx. 2 hours + 1 hour dinner
